The Courtyard Residence in Bergen County, NJ, showcases our innovative approach to architectural and interior design. We partnered with the homeowners after the property and initial plans were acquired, leveraging the pre-installed foundations to redefine the home's layout completely. Confronted with the challenge of a shallow-depth plot, we creatively utilized the side yard to develop versatile entertainment spaces. A key feature of our design is the side garage door, which seamlessly transitions the garage into an extensive entertainment area, marrying functionality with aesthetic appeal. The interiors feature clean lines and minimal details, achieving a fresh yet familiar ambiance.
